Online programs, workshops, and individual sessions

Individual Soul Sessions
Individual Soul Sessions are offered as reflective inner work that benefits from presence and full attention.

If you are unwell or have a genuine reason that would affect your ability to be present, I am happy to reschedule your session to another mutually agreed time.
Please notify me as early as possible.

Online programs and workshops
Online programs and workshops are carefully prepared offerings shared in good faith.

No refunds are available once program access has been granted or a workshop has been delivered
Change-of-mind cancellations are accepted only prior to program access or the workshop date
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the program or workshop, a 50% fee refund applies

This reflects the preparation, time, and creative energy involved in offering these spaces.

Art and design commissions

Art and design commissions are individual, custom pieces created in response to a specific request.

Because each commission is unique:

Details, scope, timelines, and fees will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins
Individual terms or a simple written agreement may apply
Work will commence only once these details are confirmed

Commissioned work reflects a collaborative and creative process, and outcomes may vary according to the nature of the brief and artistic process.

Each commission is approached with care, clarity, and respect for the creative process.

Product purchases | returns policy

As a sole trader and creator, most products offered through this website are made individually to order or produced in small quantities.

For this reason, change-of-mind refunds are not offered.

If your product arrives damaged in transit (delivery is currently within Australia only), please:

Photograph the damaged item
Photograph the original postal packaging
Email me within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Once I receive this information, we can discuss the most appropriate way to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or another suitable outcome.

Each situation is handled with care and on a case-by-case basis.
