Quiet Notes

From time to time, I send a quiet note by email - usually a short reflection or story, often the same one that sometimes later appears on my blog. These notes are shared when there’s something I feel moved to write, rather than on a schedule. As my background includes decades of art and design, and almost a decade as a transpersonal therapist focusing on the inner child (Art, Sandplay and Shamanic inner journeying), I share from personal experience and knowledge.

Occasionally, I may also mention new work or offerings, always in the context of a story.
There’s no expectation, and no regular frequency.
