Transformation - inspired by Mary Oliver
Once upon a time there was a woman who felt to overcome her fears and step into an unknown journey.

Art, stories and reflective inner journeying that nourish the soul and invite presence, wonder and remembering.
Here you’ll find examples of my art, stories and reflective writing, shaped by a lifelong interest in creativity, meaning, and the inner landscapes we tend within ourselves. Supporting nurturing and healing of the soul.
Some pieces are recent; others reach back across time. All are offered as gentle invitations - to pause, to reflect, and perhaps to notice something new. Occasionally an online workshop is offered, and other thoughts through my eNews Quiet Notes.
The website Quiet Wonder is a living archive of creative work, shared in the spirit of reflection, curiosity and compassion. Like an inner garden, what lives here has grown through many seasons - of making and unmaking, resting and renewal.
However, the intention is to inspire quiet wonder in my readers and through my offerings.
This site continues to evolve, just as I do.
It is also simply a place to pause, notice and listen. In these later years, I find myself more often drawn into reflective inner journeying - listening closely to what life has shaped, and what still quietly unfolds. If you feel aligned, you may also find an invitation here to Journey of the Soul - a gentle, reflective process that supports your own inner exploration.
Journey of the Soul is not counselling or therapy but meets the journeyer where they are at. It honours each person’s capacity for reflection and self-connection and inner healing with occasional guidance offered in support of what is already unfolding in a woman's journey to know more about herself and her place in life.
You’re welcome to explore gently, with quiet wonder, and notice what may speak to your heart. It may be an art print, or a blog post or story, or an interest in learning more about your own personal journey and inner landscape. We are each drawn to different things - to whatever meets us in its own way.
Kindest,
